Customize Your Pictures Section

I am here to help you customize your myspace pictures section. This will help you control and edit the look and feel of the “View More Pictures” section of your myspace profile. Some people enjoy doing this to show off to their friends or to have a custom pictures section that is unlike anyone else’s. So sit back and listen up because here are a few things that will help spice up your pictures section.

To add a background image to your pictures section, you will first need to click “Upload/Change Photo’s” from your myspace homepage. Once you do that, edit the caption to the first picture that you have and paste the following HTML code into the caption.

You will need to replace the URL in the code to your own. But be sure not to delete the quotation marks. These are needed in this HTML code to tell the page what the background should be displayed as. I used Shurl.net to create a shorter URL so that it would fit into my caption. I also uploaded my image with SlashedHost.com. I reccomend that you do the same.

To make your pictures table transparent, you will first need to click “Upload/Change Photo’s” from your myspace homepage. Once you do that, edit the caption to the first picture that you have and paste the following HTML code into the caption. Some people like to do this to make their pictures section stand out from the rest.

The next customization code that we have for you will make your background image stay in place in CSS terms, a fixed position. You will first need to click “Upload/Change Photo’s” from your myspace homepage. Resize Comment Images

Sometimes when other myspace users leave you images as comments, they are too large for your page and can stretch them out and mess up your layout or just make your profile look messy and goofed up. This is why we have the code that will automatically make those images smaller so they do not ruin your page layout. Follow along with this simple tutorial and you will learn how to resize comment images.

Image Caption on Top

Some of you may have seen myspace users with the ability to place the caption of their images/pictures on top of the image instead of on the bottom. This is very easy to do and it only requires just a few easy seconds of your time.

Simply by adding an ending table data tag before the text will make it so your caption will appear above your image.

If you want, you can even have text above and below the image. Any text before the ending table data tag will appear beneath the image and and text after the ending table data tag will appear on top of the image.

Hide Top and Bottom Links

If you have been wondering how to hide the top and bottom links on your myspace profile, your search for how to do this has ended. Here i have written up the proper code to do so.

You may want to hide the top and bottom links on your profile for various reasons. Whatever your reason may be, here is how to hide the top and bottom links.

You will first need to copy and paste the following HTML code into your “About Me” section.

If you want to hide the bottom links, place this HTML code in your “About Me” section.

If you want to hide the top links and the navigational bar of your myspace profile, copy and paste this code, and place it in your “About Me” section.

If you want to hide both your top and bottom links, copy both codes. If you want to hide either/or, copy and paste the appropriate code into your profile.

Hide Search Form

Hiding your search form on your myspace profile has never been easy to do. Today i have sat down and wrote up the code that will hide the search form and it will allow users to not be able to see it when they look at your profile.

Often, the search form is desired to be hidden to customize the look, feel, and/or layout of your profile. The following tutorial is easy to understand and only takes a few minutes to complete. Your search form on your myspace profile can now be hidden!

All you will need to do is copy and paste the following HTML code into your “About Me” section.
